Your order will be usually shipped on the same or next business day that it was submitted to our web site. If you have not recieved an e-mail with your tracking number in a timely manner, please

Shipping is calculated based on the total order weight and distance from 16042 Magnolia St, Fountain Valley, California 92708. You may choose from USPS, FedEx or UPS to ship your order. All shipping rates are provided by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail, allowing you to check your order's progress. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via USPS.


Our special $6.99 Shipping program is currently being offered to orders that have a maximum weight of 10 pounds. Your items must fit a 12" x 12" x 5 1/2" box and the shipping address must be within the continental United States. The handling fee is also applied to this special shipping program.

The FREE SHIPPING program is for the Pho Special Packages promotion. The Free Shipping discount option is NOT applicable for other purchases and any other special discount program.  Please ensure that your shopping cart only has the Pho Special Package. The FREE SHIPPING program is only available to those with a shipping address in the continental United States. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS: is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. A minimum $15 Change of Address fee will be charged if you change your shipping destination after your package is in transit. If your package has already been delivered, there will be additional charges for package pick-up and redelivery.


Once an order has been placed "In Progress", it cannot be canceled due to the complication of the matters that the package might already been picked up by USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  Please contact Customer Service if you wish to stop, or change an order with status "In Progress", for us to work out best options for you.


Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS priority. The package cannot be tracked after it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the order delivery time.

At this time, we are not able to ship orders outside of the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.


With high volumes of delivery during busy holidays, USPS, FedEx, and UPS do not guarantee on-time delivery service. is not responsible and cannot be held liable.  Request for refunds will not be honored.
